Meringue Kisses

What you need
A lot of meringue kisses - or 1 baking sheet full
2 egg whites (yeah, I know it doesn’t sound like much but trust me - they will ten-doubble or something like that)
100 g. (3,5 oz.) white sugar (or powdered sugar or even brown sugar)
1 SMALL tsp. white wine vinegar (or other vinegar)

How to do
Put all ingredients in a bowl or plastic jug (the plastic jug is nice since the eggs won’t splash all over the kitchen then). Mix with a hand mixer on high until the mixture stick together very well and you can turn the jug (or bowl) upside down without the mixture falling out. This will take approx. 3-4 minutes.
Eventually add some food coloring - very nice!
…until he mixture sticks together very well and you can turn the jug upside down
without the mixture falling out of the jug.

Transfer the mixture to a plastic bag and cut a very tiny hole in the corner. Place small kisses on a baking sheet with non-stick paper.
“Bake” the meringue kisses on 100 degrees (121 degrees Fahrenheit) for one hour - and ONLY one hour, if you don’t want the color to disappear. (Read why above)
Let them cool down and eat - YUM!
